When will my order ship?

Each custom album ordering area designates an average production time - in business days which does not include weekends or holidays. These times are average and may fluctuate based on the manufacturer's working schedule at the time of your order. If you are curious about when your album will be ready, please consult the area of the website where you ordered your brand of album.

We do not receive manufacturer updates on your order, so we are not able to provide more information to you until your order ships from us to you. Once your order ships from us, it is up the requirements of the shipping company (usually UPS for domestic and US Mail for International) to determine when the order will arrive. Most domestic shipments arrive in 7 days from shipment. International orders can require from 7 days to several weeks depending on if the order is delayed in customs.
