Information
We
have compiled and listed here some of the most popular questions
that we are asked when ordering albums. We have also constructed
a "Teach Me Albums"
page that will help you with the actual ordering.

Order
Status: Art Leather albums require approximately 6-8 weeks
to produce (not including shipping). During this time, we
are unable to provide any other details other than your order
is being manufactured. If we have any questions that may delay
your order or affect the status, you will be contacted by
email.
Payment
Methods: We only accept online orders. Payment methods
include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Credit and debit cards are accepted.
Cancellations:
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. Orders go immediately
into process and cannot be cancelled with manufacturers.
Product
Images & Your Computer: Each and every computer monitor
displays differently. Colors of images will vary on each monitor.
Images of our products are accurate when we post them, but
may appear differently on your monitor depending on your settings.
For this reason, you acknowledge that the images on your monitor
may vary from the actual product due to your monitor settings
being beyond our control. Color differences between your monitor
and the actual product are not deemed as defects or basis
for product rejection.
Damages:
Any damaged shipment must be brought to our attention and
confirmed by us within 10 days of the shipping date. Damaged
items are replaced with new items. Refunds are not available
for damages.
Delivery
Locations: We ship regularly to the U.S., U.K., Canada,
and many European countries. If you want to confirm your location,
feel free to contact us.
Delivery
Times: This is the time the package spends in transit
with the carrier. We have no control of your order during
this time because we do not own the delivery companies. Most
orders are shipped by US Mail or UPS. You can estimate delivery
times (times in transit) from our location in zip code 37067.
Denied
Delivery: If a package is denied on your end, the delivery
company will most likely return it to us (fees may apply).
This can result from your literally denying the package or
by not having someone to accept the package on your end. If
an order is returned to us, we will hold it for 10 days to
arrange a new shipment. New shipping fees WILL apply in addition
to the fees for the return shipment to us. In no case does
a denied delivery qualify an order for a refund. If a new
shipment is not arranged within 10 days from our receiving
it back, it will be disposed of.
Rush
Shipping: At this time, we do not offer rush shipping
on albums.
Shipping
Addresses: We are able to ship to most addresses, however,
we are not able to accept responsibility when shipping to
apartment or condo addresses. The reason is that most delivery
people drop packages at the doors and they have a very high
occurrence of "disappearing" from these addresses.
We recommend shipping to house or work addresses for most
accurate delivery.
Shipping
Corrections: While we attempt to guarantee correct shipping,
occasionally a mis-packaging may occur. We will always refer
back to the order you submitted for verification. If we have
made an error, we will be happy to correct the error of shipped
products. All notices of order correction must be made within
10 business days of the ship date.
Shipping
Fees: Fees are generated by our shopping cart and depend
on the items you have ordered. To discover the shipping fees
for your items, simply proceed through the checkout until
they are presented to you. At this point, you are NOT obligated
to place the order. Lighter items such as mats have shipping
that starts at $6 and full albums will have shipping that
starts at $15.
Signatures:
WeddingAlbumDepot.com reserves the right to place a signature
release on all orders. All orders over $100 automatically
have a signature release required. Even if we do not require
one, the shipping company may still impose one at their descretion.
Please insure someone is available to sign for the package
at the address you supply us.
Return
Policy: All sales on all products are final and do not
qualify for return, credit, exchange, or refund. Once an order
is placed, it goes immediately into production cannot be cancelled
or returned. Further explanation:
- Albums
cannot be returned due to each and every one being custom-made
in regard to size, color, style, and personalization. Even
if your album does not have any imprinting on it, the album
was still a custom item for you from the manufacturer. Once
an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
- Mats
are ordered from the manufactuer once you place your order.
The manufacturer does not permit returns and we do not warehouse
mats.
Because
of the manufacturers not allowing returns, we encourage you
to ensure your order is exactly correct before submitting
it.
Secured
Ordering: Our shopping cart uses the latest SSL technology
for protecting your payment information. This should be apparent
by the lock present on your browser.
